ELASTRON SA STEEL SERVICE CENTER informs the investment community that the company has completed all procedures for the sale to ALDI HELLAS Supermarket of 78% of a company owned property on 190 Thivon Avenue at the Ag. Ioannis Rendis area in Piraeus, Greece. Of the plot's total surface which extends over 5,572 m2, a total of 4,380 m2 of it concerns the sale while the remaining 1,192 m2 are still owned by Elastron. The sale's total value amounts to euro 6.4 million while the net profit from the sale amounts to euro 2.4 million and will enhance the Company's results for the current period. This sale is in line with the management's decision to dispose of the group's non-core assets.
