Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd, further to its announcements dated July 10, 2009 and August 24, 2009, reports that at today's meeting the Board of Directors has examined and approved the Financial Report of the Group for the period January - June 2009.
The Financial Report, as well a relevant Presentation and Press Release have been sent to Athens Stock Exchange.
Data and information for the Financial Report will be published in the newspaper "Simerini" in Cyprus, on Friday, August 28, 2009.
The Financial Report for the period ended June 30, 2009 will also be available at the Shares & Debentures Department, 124 Strovolos Avenue, 4th Floor, 2042 Strovolos, Nicosia, at the website of the Group, www.laiki.com, as well at the websites of Cyprus Stock Exchange, www.cse.com.cy, and Athens Exchange S.A., www.ase.gr.
