S.A. hereby announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007, and following notification provided to it pursuant to Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that N. CANELLOPOULOS - C. ADAMANTIADES, a legal person closely associated with Mr. Takis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Co. S.A., sold 1,500 common shares of the Company for a total value of euro 37,874,74 on October 14, 2009.
