The company SFAKIANAKIS S.A. announces that, according to P.D. 82/96 (G.G. 66/A/11-04-1966), as amended by the stipulations of article 8 Law 3310/2005 (A-279), as this amended by Article 8 of Law 3414/2005 (G.G. 279/A/10-11-2005) will participate in the open competition of the Ministry of Development / General Secretariat of Commerce / General Administration of Government Supplies / Administration of Transportation & Mechanical Equipment / Part A / Kanigos 20, Athens for the supply of fifty three (53) vehicles of jeep type to cover the needs of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food carried out on 22.10.2009, as relevant declaration under number 13/08 (11.06.08), as well as the relevant announcement with Reg. Number D2-945/25.08.09, as in any possible changes in the dates of the transaction or the repetitions of the above competition.
It should be reminded to incorporate companies, shareholders of SFAKIANAKIS S.A., that since their stocks have not been registered, according to the above mentioned P.D., till natural person they cannot exercise the rights of participating and voting to General Meetings deriving from these shares as well as any kind of relevant property rights.
