In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, Attica Holdings S.A. informs that the taxation audit for all the companies included in the consolidation of BLUE STAR GROUP, for the fiscal years 2006-2007, has been completed. For the above companies the total taxes charged amount euro 81,898.66 (9 fiscal years). The only exception is the subsidiary company BLUE STAR FERRIES S.A. which has been audited by tax authorities until fiscal year 2008. The amount has been settled and posted in the 3rd quarter of 2009 results.
