EPRA Annual Conference.
On September 3rd and 4th 2009, η Eurobank Properties REIC participated in the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) Annual Conference in Brussels. EPRA is the largest Public Real Estate Association in Europe representing the publicly traded real estate sector. The conference was attended by 200 active members representing Europe's leading property companies, investors and consultants that together have more than EUR 300 billion of real estate assets.
In the Conference issues relating to the improvement of the general operating environment, encouragement of best practices, cohesion and strengthening of the industry as well as the encouragement of larger investments of higher significance for its listed real estate company-members was discussed.
