Issue of Bond Loans
SIDENOR SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the Repeat General Shareholders Meeting dated 26/6/2008, has proceeded to the issue of a common bond loan amounting euro 10 mil with EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. and EUROBANK EFG CYPRUS LTD as bond holders, with a two year maturity in order to refinance the short term debt of the Company with long term debt.
Moreover SIDENOR SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the SOVEL?s General Shareholders Meeting dated 28/8/2009, subsidiary SOVEL SA proceeded to the issue of a common bond loan amounting euro 5 mil with EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. and EUROBANK EFG CYPRUS LTD as bond holders, with a two year maturity in order to refinance the short term debt of the Company with medium to long term debt.
