On 15 September 2009, pursuant to resolution, dated 11 September 2009, of the Bank's Board of Directors, National Bank of Greece S.A. sold 515,199 treasury shares at the price of euro 21.40 per share for a total consideration of euro 11,025,258.60. Accordingly, the Bank no longer holds treasury stock.
