According to the notification of the shareholder "DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG", on August 4, 2009, following an acquisition of shares and voting rights on July 31, 2009, DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG's participation in OTE SA's share capital and total voting rights, stands at 30.0000002%, which corresponds to 147,045,118 shares and corresponding voting rights.
According to the aforementioned notification, before this transaction, DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG held 25.0000004% of the share capital and the total voting rights of OTE SA, which amounts to 122,537,599 shares with corresponding voting rights.
