ATEbank announces the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiary ATE Advertising S.A. from ATE Insurance S.A (12.70%), ATE LEASING S.A. (2.12%) and ATE Cards S.A.(1.59%). ATEbank now holds 65.04% of the issued share capital of ATE Advertising S.A.
