ALPHA BANK A.E. announces, according to Law 3556/2007, that its shareholder Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP, has informed the Bank pursuant to a written notification on 10.2.2010, that the number of voting rights it holds over the total voting rights issued by ALPHA BANK A.E. stands, overall and indirectly at 5.10%, via its subsidiary APG Algemene Pensioen Groep N.V., which amount to 27,240,829 common shares, and 0% directly.
