ELLAKTOR announces the annulment of the Concession Agreement, signed on January 15th, 2010 between the Romanian State and the company 'Carpatii Autostrada S.A.', in which it participates with a percentage of 50%, for the project of the Comarnic - Brasov Motorway. The necessity to annul the Concession Agreement resulted from the fact that contractual clauses, the application of which is common in such kind of contracts in Europe, were not accepted by the Romanian State and, in consequence, neither the financing of the project, nor the implementation of the Concession Agreement, were possible anymore.
