ATEbank, according to the provisions of Laws 3556/2007, 3340/2005 and article 24, para. 2a of Law 3461/2006, in the context of its voluntary tender offer addressed to the shareholders of “Agrotiki Insurance S.A.”, announces that on 27/04/2010 proceeded with the purchase of 77,331 common registered shares with voting rights of the company “Agrotiki Insurance S.A.”, that represent 0.28% of the total voting rights of the Company, at the price of €1.53 per share.
Previous to the above purchase ATEbank SA owned directly and indirectly 24,358,646 shares (89.17%) and after the above purchase ATEbank SA holds directly and indirectly 24,435,977 shares (89.45%).
