The "MATERITY CLINIC GAIA SA" is by 100% subsidiary company of the listed in the Stock Exchange Market, company with the name of "ATHENS MEDICAL CENTER S.A.". This subsidiary and the via law and since 20 years approximately, founded Institution of "ERRIKOS DYNAN", which is beneficial to the public, subject to objective right incorporated in Hospital "ERRIKOS DYNAN", formed COOPERATION, according to the significance and the content of article 5 paragraphs 1 S and 361 Urban Code, based on the explicit provisions of law 3454/2006.
We continue since November 2009 the operation of COOPERATION, successfully and legally, based on relative authorization of Health Ministry, besides the above-mentioned provisions. More specifically we inform the investment public that the Legal Council of State (NCK) neither has the right, nor, has taken away our operation license. No relative request has been expressed by us and any consultation of NCK, means nothing. We operate according to the law with significant contribution to the society, the employees and our thousand minor shareholders.
Our Company will immediately inform the investment public of any juridical development.
