OPAP S.A. announces that pursuant to the provisions of L.3556/2007 and following a disclosure received on 25.06.2015 by BlackRock Inc., the latter proceeded to the sale of OPAP S.A. shares, resulting to the total number of shares and respective voting rights that BlackRock Inc. holds indirectly, to stand below 5.00% of the company's share capital.

BlackRock Inc. participation descended below the 5.00% threshold on 22.04.2015, while the number of shares held prior to the transaction stood at 16,488,424 or 5.1688% of the company's share capital.
