Sarantis Group will release the H1 2015 consolidated financial results, according to the following schedule:

-  Wednesday July 29^th 2015 after ASE closing – Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page (www.helex.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis S.A. web page (www.sarantis.gr). The Press Release will be sent out to the Media and the Analyst Release to the broader Greek and foreign investment community.

-  Thursday July 30^th 2015 at 17:00 – Update of the companyΆs shareholders and analysts via telephone conference.
