CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. announces according to article 21 of L.3556/2007 and in accordance with article 11 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.7.2007 that:
- on 10&11/03/2010 the Vice President of the company's Board of Directors (beneficiary by means of article 13 of L.3340/2008), Mr. Ioannis Capodistrias son of George purchased 20,000 common registered shares for the total amount of euro 15,235.00.
