ATEbank announces the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiaries ATE Leasing S.A. (0.59%), ATE Cards S.A. (2%) , ATE Technical & IT S.A. (10.34%) and ATExcelixi S.A. (5%) from ATE Insurance S.A.
ATEbank now holds the 100% of the issued share capital of ATE Leasing S.A., ATE Cards S.A. and ATExcelixi S.A. as well as the 93.07% of the issued share capital of ATE Technical & IT S.A.
