The Board of Directors of EYDAP S.A. during its meeting at February 23rd, 2010, decided the constitution of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Committee consists of Mr. Alexios Spyropoulos, as Chairman, Mr. Georgios Mastragelopoulos and Mr. Christos Mistriotis, as the Secretary of the Committee.
