"ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. informs the investors that on 04/06/2010 and under protocol no. 8540 the parent company Delhaize "The Lion" Nederland B.V., based on article 27 of L. 3461/2006 and decision no. 4/403/08.11.2006 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, filed to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission the application for the squeeze out of the remaining 1.164.735 shares, which did not own on June 3rd 2010, at a share price equal to the offer price of 35.73EUR.
