According to the announcement of the company TERNA ENERGY SA released on July 9, 2015 the following dates have been set:

• Ex-rights date for the return of capital amounting to 0.09 € per share to the Shareholders: July 15, 2015
• Record date: July 16. 2015
• Payment date: July 22, 2015

It is pointed that due to Bank holiday, applicable also to the A.S.E. , the ex-rights date, the record date and the date of payment will not be effected as described above.  New dates will be set and the Company will inform the Investors accordingly.
