The European Aviation Safety Agency awards INTRASOFT International a €4 million contract
INTRASOFT International - a member of INTRACOM IT Services Group - will provide software services to the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), Cologne, Germany, as the lead partner in a joint contract with the Romanian company SIVECO. The 2-year contract is worth €4 million, of which INTRASOFT International will receive €2.4 million. The contract may also be extended for another two years.
EASA is the centrepiece of the European Union's strategy for aviation safety. Its mission is to promote the highest common standards of safety and environmental protection in civil aviation in Europe and abroad.
INTRASOFT International is proud to participate in the improvement of aviation safety in Europe by providing EASA with reliable applications, which allow them to focus on their core business. Under the contract, INTRASOFT International will provide enterprise content management (ECM) to EASA, delivered either as times and means or fixed-price services. These will involve implementation and maintenance of information systems in the areas of web content management, collaboration, and records management and workflow management.
Other services include solution design for business process automation, effectively carrying out strategic and feasibility studies including proof of concept and design of concepts, integration of ECM solutions with existing information systems, and implementation activities including testing, customisation and installation.
