Frigoglass S.A. announces according to Law 3556/2007 (article 3 and article 21) and to the Capital Committee Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 article 11, that Mr. Dimellas Nikolaos, Human Resources Director and liable person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, sold on 2/3/2010 4.000 shares of the company, of total value 32.450,14 Euros.
