INTRALOT announces that the arbitration court in Colombia, which had undertaken the arbitration process between INTRALOT and ETESA, the government owned Company that operates games in the country, decided in favor of the latter and adjudicated the amount of 23.6 billion Colombian pesos (approximately 7.9 million euro) as immediately payable. INTRALOT will exercise all legal means available in relation to the errors of substance and formality of the arbitration award and in this context it has already submitted an application for annulment of the arbitration award in front of the High Administrative Court. The Company has created relative provisions in its financial statements.
