'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces, under the rule of law 3556/2007 and the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Capital Markets Commission of Greece, that Mr. Armodios Vovos, Chief Executive Officer of BVIC (person obliged to notify by article 13 of law 3340/2005), bought 15,000 BVIC common registered shares with voting rights at euro 58,697.27 in total on February 23, 2010.
