Holdings, Real Estate, Constructions" announces, according to article 21 of Law Ν.3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of the Decision of the Capital Market Committee no. 1/434/3.7.2007, that the shareholder and Vice - Chairman of the BoD of the Company (Obliged Person according to article 13 of Law 3340) Mr. Nickolaos Kampas has acquired on 9/6/2010, through an OTC transaction, 781.620 common nominal shares of a total value of EUR 4.689.720.
