Subsidiary Licensing in Bulgaria

Further to previous announcement, PPCS.A.informs that the Bulgarian Regulatory Authority for Energy issued the trading license for our 85% subsidiary inBulgaria. The forthcoming  operation of said subsidiary is within the framework of PPC's strategy to expand in other markets of the South East Europe.
