ATEbank announces that the B.o.D (meeting of 25.02.2010) decided the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiaries ATE Leasing S.A. (0,59%), ATE Cards S.A. (2%) , ATE Securities S.A. (33,41%) , ATE Technical & IT S.A. (10,34%) and ATExcelixi S.A. (5%) that are currently owned by other subsidiaries of ATEbank Group.
