INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Fotios Mavroudis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - made the following stock transactions (sales):
On 10.3.2010, 35,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of €127,933.34, on 11.3.2010, 35,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of €126,581.34, and on 12.3.2010, 25,000 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of €90,146.00.
