OPAP S.A., pursuant to article 10 of Law 3340/2005 and resolution 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Capital Market Commission, announces to the investors that OPAP`s BoD, during its meeting on January 21st 2010, decided and approved the election and appointment of Mrs. Panagiota Papadopoulou as temporary independent non executive member of the Board, in replacement of the resigned independent non executive member of the Board, Mr. George Kyriakos, for the remaining term of office, as well as, the election and appointment of Mr. George Kyriakos, as executive member of the Board, in replacement of the resigned independent non executive member of the Board, Mrs. Panagiota Papadopoulou, for the remaining term of office and redefined their status as Executive and Non Executive Members by amendment of the 19/30.12.2009 (article 1) decision of the Board of Directors, as follows:
