CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

Due to the merger by acquisition of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.», by «VIOCHALCO SA/NV» the following changes will take place in the composition of the indices..

In detail::

• ATHEX Composite Price Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight of 26%.

• ATHEX Composite Total Return Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.» with investability weight of 26%.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company «QUEST HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELTRAK S.A. » with investability weight of 63%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A. » with investability weight of 41%..

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Basic Resources Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.»  are removed from the index without immediate replacement..

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Plus

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company « CRETE PLASTICS S.A. » with investability weight of 43%..

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «SIDENOR HOLDINGS S.A.»  are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

All changes will be implemented immediately in the composition of the indices.
