ATEbank, according to article 24, para. 2a, Law 3461/2006 and in the context of its voluntary tender offer addressed to the shareholders of "Agrotiki Insurance S.A.", announces that, on 01/4/2010 proceeded with the purchase of 231.608 common registered shares with voting rights of the company "Agrotiki Insurance S.A.", that represent 0.85% of the total voting rights of the Company, at the average price of €1.53 per share.
Previous to the above purchase ATEbank SA owned directly and indirectly 22.987.611 shares (84.15%) and after the above purchase ATEbank SA holds directly and indirectly 23.219.219 shares (84,99%).
