(**) In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on 01.01.2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates", replacing the "trade date" rule. Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the D.S.S. on the relevant record date.
The fiscal year 2009 dividend will be paid out through Piraeus Bank on 21st May 2010. Piraeus Bank will credit the operators' accounts, which in turn will credit the beneficiaries' accounts.
In any case the dividend 2009 and the first day of payment will take place prior to June 18th, 2010 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company' s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end or trading on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the Companies website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.ase.gr).
