INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Fotios Mavroudis - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - sold on 15.3.2010, 144 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of €514.08.
