Friday 14.5.2010: Ex-dividend Date, that is, prior to June 18th, 2010 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company' s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included.
Tuesday 18.5.2010: Dividend beneficiaries - Record Date*
Tuesday 25.5.2010: FY 2009 Dividend Payment
Thursday 27.5.2010: Release of the Q1 2010 Financial Results
Thursday 26.8.2010: Announcement of the H1 2010 Financial Results
Monday 22.11.2010: Announcement of the 9M 2010 Financial Results
The Company would like to clarify that the financial results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company's website (www.opap.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchanges (www.athex.gr). The following working day the financial results will be published to the press.
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and details of the dividend payment procedure will be announced by the company in the near future.
