The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, to article 11 of the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and to the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the company GEK TERNA S.A., which is closely associated with Mr. Georgios Peristeris,  Chairman of the Board of Directors of  TERNA ENERGY S.A.,  proceeded on  July 20, 2015, to OTC transfer of  1,668,005  common nominal shares,  of  a total value of  7,200,786.85 €.

The aforementioned shares have been acquired by York Global Finance Offshore BDH (Luxembourg) S.a.r.l.  as partial repayment of 70 bonds of the Bond Loan issued by GEK TERNA SA, of a total nominal value of 7,000,000.00 €, increased by the accrued interest.
