Financial Calendar for the year 2010
INTRALOT announces, according to the article 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 par.2 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and in order to inform the investment public that the INTRALOT's Financial Calendar for the year 2010 is shaped as follows:
Wednesday, March 31, 2010: Release via e-mail to the ATHEX and the electronic press of the FY 2009 Financial Statements.
Wednesday, March 31, 2010: Publication in the newspapers of the FY 2009 Financial Statements (corporate and consolidated).
Wednesday, March 31, 2010: The annual briefing of analysts on the company's financial results.
Thursday, May 20, 2010: Annual Shareholder's Meeting.
Friday, May 21, 2010: Last day of the negotiation with the right dividend.
Tuesday, May 25, 2010: Ex-dividend date.
Thursday, May 27, 2010: Dividend beneficiaries - Record date.*
Wednesday, June 2, 2010: Dividend payment through a credit institution. The company will issue a newer announcement on the dividend payment procedure.
*In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on Jan 1st 2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates". Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
Note that the ex-dividend date is before the expiration date of FTSE/ASE20 Index Futures, in which the share of the company is included.
