ATEbank announces the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiary ATE Securities S.A. from ATE Insurance S.A (33.38%) and ATE LEASING S.A. (0.03%). ATEbank now holds 100% of the issued share capital of ATE Securities S.A.
