MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces that the spin-off procedure of the companys retail sales branch and its contribution to its affiliate company MOTODIKTIO S.A. was approved by the Prefecture of Western Attica (Decision No. 1594/04.05.2010 and Announcement No. for the registration of the aforementioned decision in the Register for S.A. companies 1540/04.05.2010), pursuant to the provisions of Greek Codified Law 2190/20, of law 2166/93, as well as No. 194/19.04.2010 contract of the Notary Anastasia Blika, the transformation balance sheet dated 31.12.2009, the Report dated 28.01.2010 of ERNST & YOUNG HELLAS Auditor, Mr Vassilios Kaminaris and the decisions of the two companies Extraordinary General Meetings of their Shareholders, dated 19.03.2010.
