MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP S.A. HOLDINGS announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on March 26, 2010 MARFIN LIFE INSURANCE S.A., which can be considered as closely associated with Mr. Alexios Komninos, a Member of the Recommending Liquidity Investment Committee of MIG, acquired 6,555 register bonds convertible to common registered shares of MIG, with total net value of EUR 31,267.35.
