MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP S.A. HOLDINGS announces according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on March 26, 2010, Mr. Emmanouel Xanthakis, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIG, acquired 5,000 register bonds convertible into common registered shares of MIG, with total net value of EUR 23,850.00.
