AEGEAN AIRLINES (the Company) announces in accordance with L.3556/2007 and based on notifications submitted on 05/02/2010 by shareholder and non-executive Board member Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis and the company "ALNESCO ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED", that following a transfer of shares through an OTC transaction on 03/02/10 the participation of Mr. Panagiotis Laskaridis in the company's share capital changed from 9.48% - corresponding to 6,771,140 voting rights and equal number of shares - to 0.00%, while the participation of "ALNESCO ENTERPRISES COMPANY LIMITED" changed from 0.00% to 9.48% (corresponding to 6,771,140 voting rights and equal number of shares).
It is noted that aforementioned transfer of shares is considered a transaction connected with the interests of members of the same family.
