In reply to letter sent by Greece's Capital Market Commission regarding Press reports in relation to a deal for the transfer of ATTIKAT SA's equity participation in ATTIKI ODOS SA to J&P-AVAX SA and ELLAKTOR SA, our Company issues the following comment:
Our Company is in negotiations for the transfer of ownership of ATTIKAT SA's participation in ATTIKI ODOS SA, in line with the Shareholders' Agreement of the concession company.
We will duly inform the investment public and the market authorities on any developments and changes in the afore-mentioned conditions.
