ATEbank announces that the B.o.D (meeting of 23.03.2010) decided the acquisition of the issued shares of its subsidiaries ATE MUTUAL FUNDS S.A. (46,00%) and ATE ADVERTISING S.A. (16,41%), that are currently owned by other subsidiaries of ATEbank Group.
