Lift of Supervision for Zenon Group
Athens Stock Exchange BoD decided, on April 9th, to lift the Supervision placed on Zenon SA shares and approved the transfer of shares to the Medium & Small Capitalisation Category, following the satisfaction of the relevant criteria as provided for in the ATHEX Rulebook.
The transfer of shares to the above mentioned Category will be effective as of Monday, April 12th 2010.
In addition, the group s return to profitability and the completion of its business restructuring, led the company to a track of rapid and healthy development.
At the same time, the continuous improvement in ZENON performance is attributed to the strategy drawn and implemented consistently and justifies all efforts of the new Zenon Group management and employees.
