Amendment of the Release Date of Sarantis Group Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2010 & Conference Call Invitation
Following the company's announcement dated 04/05/10 regarding the Q1 2010 results release date, and given that the 24/05/10 is a holiday, Sarantis Group will release the Q1 2010 consolidated financial results, according to the following schedule:
- Tuesday the 25th of May after ASE closing - Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page (www.ase.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis S.A. web page (www.sarantis.gr). The Press Release will be sent out to the Media of Mass Communication and the Analyst Release to the broader Greek and European investment community.
- Wednesday the 26th of March at 17:00 - Update of the company's shareholders and analysts via telephone conference. Invitation is attached.
- Tuesday the 25th of May after ASE closing - Results Release, which will be available in the Athens Stock Exchange web page (www.ase.gr) and the Gr. Sarantis S.A. web page (www.sarantis.gr).
