The Board of Directors of Aegean Airlines of April 19, 2010, decided to propose the distribution of dividend of a total amount of 9,284,223.00 euros, ie. 0.13 euros per share for the Fiscal Year 2009, at the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders, scheduled to be held on Friday 21 May 2010.
Starting Wednesday 26 May 2010, shares will be trading on the Athens Exchange ex-dividend. Beneficiaries of the dividend are those investors who are registered in the DSS (Electronic Dematerialised Securities System) on Friday 28 May 2010 (record date). The payment of the dividend will commence on Thursday 3 June 2010.
