EYDAP announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders which was scheduled for today, 20 of April 2010, is postponed due to lack of quorum. The Board of Directors will convene within the next few days in order to decide upon the date of the repeat Extraordinary General Meeting.
