Further to its announcement dated 2.3.2010 and pursuant to para. 4.1.4.3.1. of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, the company under the name "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." informs the investors of the Financial Calendar of the Company for 2010:
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 21st 2010. In case that the quorum required by the Law for the adoption of resolutions on any of the items on the Agenda is not attained, the 1st Reiterative Annual General Meeting that may be held will take place on June 3rd 2010, and the 2nd Reiterative Annual General Meeting (if any) will be held on June 16th 2010. For regulatory reasons it is impossible to declare dividends for the fiscal year 2009. However, the Company intends to pay constructive dividends amounting to 0.10 euros per share to the shareholders, through payment in cash. The cut-off date will be June 30th 2010, the record date July 2nd 2010, and the date of commencement of payments will be July 15th 2010.
The above cut-off date will be subsequent to the expiration date of the current series of equity futures with underlying asset the shares of the Company.
