According to the provisions of the articles 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company ELLAKTOR S.A., announces its financial calendar as follows:
1. The Company's Ordinary Shareholders Meeting will take place on Friday, June 25, 2010.
2. The FY 2009 financial statements as well as the consolidated financial statements will be released to the Athens Exchange and will be published on Monday, March 29, 2010.
3. The Analysts' briefing on the FY 2009 results will take place on Tuesday, March 30, 2010, via a teleconference.
4. The Ex-dividend date for the year 2009 will be on June 29, 2010.
The ex-dividend date is scheduled to be after June 18, 2010 which is the expiry date of the FTSE/ATHEX 20 Futures.
5. Dividend beneficiaries - Record date - July 1, 2010.
(Based on the new ATHEX Rulebook, beneficiaries of the dividend are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant "record date").
6. The dividend payment date for the year 2009 will start on Wednesday, July 7, 2010
